Farm X-Ray is a service of Biocer Ambiental LTDA, an environmental consultancy registered in Brazil (CNPJ 51.227.164/0001-97, Aparecida de Goiânia, Goiás). By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need a free account to see scores, save tracts and order reports. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account. One person per account.
Free score
The free account includes one preview score a month (checking the same tract again does not count) and the 3D terrain of your land. The preview score uses only some of the checks and can change in the full report. We may change the free features at any time.
What the report is, and what it is not
A Farm X-Ray report is a screening based on public maps and records. It shows where the land may have a red flag, such as a mapped wetland, a flood zone or protected habitat.
- It is not a wetland delineation, a Phase I environmental site assessment, a survey, an appraisal or a title search.
- It is not legal, financial or engineering advice.
- Public maps can be outdated, incomplete or drawn at a scale that does not match the ground. Always confirm important findings with a qualified professional before you buy, sell or build.
Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
The Pro plan is a subscription that renews automatically every month, or every year on the annual plan, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Monthly reports that are not used do not roll over.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Biocer Ambiental LTDA is not liable for decisions you make based on the website or a report, and our total liability for any paid report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Acceptable use
Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, or sign up with someone else's email.
