14-day refund
You can ask for a full refund of any single report within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
Pro plan
You can cancel Pro at any time; it stops renewing at the end of the period you paid for. Within 14 days of your first Pro payment (or of the first payment of an annual plan) you can ask for a full refund. Later renewals are not refunded, but you are never charged again after you cancel.
Failed or incomplete reports
If a report fails to run or comes back incomplete, we run it again for free or refund it in full, your choice, at any time.
How to ask
Reply to your receipt email or write to hello@farmxray.com with your order number. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders; you can also request a refund directly from Paddle through the link in your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
