About paying
What do I pay for, exactly?
One report covers one tract, the boundary you draw or upload. If you change the boundary later, you can run it again at the same price.
Is there a monthly fee?
Only if you choose Pro. Single reports are a one-time payment. Pro renews every month (or every year on the annual plan) until you cancel; unused monthly reports do not roll over.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, at any time, in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
What if the report finds nothing?
That is a good result, and you get it in writing, with the maps, to keep with your purchase records.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. If a report fails to run or comes back incomplete, we refund it or run it again at any time. See the Refund Policy.
